At Yoraventrox, we aim to provide clarity regarding our international tour planning, custom lesson preparation, and consultation services. This Refunds and Cancellations Policy details the terms, timeframes, and procedure governing service cancellations, refund calculations, and reimbursement disbursements for all bookings made at our physical office.

1. Free Initial Consultation Cancellations

Our online consultation booking tool allows prospective customers to select an appointment date to visit our office.

• No Fiscal Commitment: The initial online booking carries no fiscal obligation, upfront fees, or deposit requirements.
• Rescheduling or Canceling Consultations: If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation at our office located at On Hong Ning Commercial Building, 792 Nathan Rd, Prince Edward, Hong Kong , we request that you notify us via email (tours@yoraventrox.com) as a courtesy so we may release the appointment time.

2. Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule

Once a package or preparation plan has been accepted through full cash payment at our office, any subsequent cancellation request will be evaluated based on when formal written notice is received prior to your scheduled session, program start, or departure date.

3. Key Policy Rules and Conditions

• Inability to Board or Attend: Customers must inform Yoraventrox in writing of any cancellation, change of plans, or inability to board at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to remain eligible for a 50% refund.
• Late Cancellations: Any cancellation notice submitted less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will result in total forfeiture of the paid amount, and no refund will be issued.
• No-Show Definition: Failure to arrive at the designated location on time for a booked session or travel arrangement without submitting prior written notification will be classified as a No-Show. No refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued for No-Shows.

4. Refund Disbursement Options and Procedures

To request a cancellation, customers must submit a formal request via email to tours@yoraventrox.com. Upon review and approval of your request under the timelines above, refunds will be disbursed using one of the following two methods:

Option A: Direct Bank Transfer

• Once your cancellation request is officially accepted, our team will contact you via email to request your bank account information.
• Customers must submit complete bank account details directly from the electronic mail address associated with the original booking record.
• Bank transfer refunds will only be issued to accounts held under the legal name matching the original customer booking.

Option B: In-Person Cash Return

• Customers opting for a cash return must visit our office location in person: On Hong Ning Commercial Building, 792 Nathan Rd, Prince Edward, Hong Kong .
• Cash refunds will be disbursed upon corroboration of identity during standard operating hours.
